She grew up playing competitive sports (swimming, running, soccer) and pursued college level soccer in the Okanagan. She moved to Calgary and pursued further education in Practical Nursing, Holistic Nutrition and Massage Therapy. Since moving to Alberta she has grown to love mountain adventures and seeks out glacier fed lakes to reap the benefits of cold water therapy. You can find her outside every day with her dogs and in the warmer months, on two wheels commuting to work and riding along the stunning river pathway.
