Dr. Zach Morcom
Chiropractic, Exercise Therapy
Dr Zach Morcom received his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary before pursuing his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland Oregon where he graduated cum laude.
Growing up in Calgary Zach was heavily involved in athletics, which led to his fair share of injuries which is what drove him to study Kinesiology and ultimately pursue a career in chiropractic. As a movement enthusiast Zach’s passion is not only helping his patients return to doing what they love following injury, but to help them to move better, feel better, and ultimately live better. Dr Zach is always learning new things and has pursued numerous continuing education opportunities in order to better help his patients achieve their goals and better their health. He believes that no two patients are the same and thus tailors their treatment plan and homecare to meet their own unique needs and lifestyle.
Dr. Zach treats a variety of musculoskeletal complaints with an emphasis on chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and rehabilitation to both treat and prevent injuries. He has training in soft tissue therapies including instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM) as well as other technique systems including Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and McKenzie Diagnostic Technique (MDT).
Outside of the clinic you can find Dr. Zach staying active outdoors biking, skiing and hiking with his partner Jaime and their dog Mia, playing sports, or cheering on his hometown Calgary Flames.
