Dr. Roger Menta | DC | FRCCSS(C)
Dr. Menta is a Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College graduate with the distinction of Clinic Honours and he recently completed the prestigious two year Sports Sciences Residency at CMCC. A Kinesiology graduate from the University of Calgary, he is a certified clinical acupuncture provider also trained in Functional Release (FR), Active Release Therapy (ART) and Graston technique.
Born and raised in Calgary, Dr. Menta’s life-long dedication to sports and fitness lead him to the chiropractic profession where he has worked with athletes from many backgrounds in Calgary, Toronto, and around the world. As a former competitive athlete, Dr. Menta understands the dynamic nature of care required and he strives to work collaboratively with his patients and other health care practitioners in order to provide the highest of care, allowing patients to achieve their best. He provides evidence-based treatments focusing on injury rehabilitation and prevention, along with strategies to improve function, mobility, and performance.
Dr. Menta’s passion for chiropractic, and working with athletes on the international stage, lead him to Russia where he was the team doctor for Taekwondo Canada at the 2015 World Championships. In his free time, you can find Dr. Menta cycling around Calgary or out on the golf course.
