Dr. Justin Hodinsky is a firm believer that movement is medicine. His goal is to help people move better, move more confidently, and stay active for years to come.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic, along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
With a background in high-level athletics, Dr. Hodinsky developed an interest in sports chiropractic, which continues to influence his treatment. His approach goes beyond short-term relief, focusing on patient education and helping individuals take a proactive approach to their health and performance.
Dr. Hodinsky provides evidence-based care which combines manual therapy, integrated needling, functional movement screening, and rehabilitative exercise. His focus is on addressing the root cause of the issue while helping people move better, feel stronger, and reduce the risk of future setbacks.
Dr. Hodinsky offers Run Assessments using Platinga software to analyze biomechanics and improve running efficiency. He also provides Sports Science Testing which evaluates strength, mobility, and motor control to help guide training and keep active individuals performing at their best.
When not in clinic Dr. Hodinsky enjoys adventuring and being outdoors rock climbing, hiking, camping, trail running and exploring all that the Canadian Rockies have to offer.
