Program Overview

Physical Assessment

In your first session we take the time to go through a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to find any physical limitations. We will also take a swing video or work with your swing coach to analyze your swing.

Review Results

During your second session we will review the FMS results, correlated with swing video or in conjunction with your swing coach. Outline a specific plan on how we best address your major physical limitations, leading to observed swing flaws.

Custom Treatment Plan

The patient is given one comprehensive document outlining this plan.

Monitor Progress

Reassess, review progress, fine-tune the plan. Give exercise progressions.
