Cupping, stretching and movement are some of her preferred approaches. She also has an treatment option for craniosacral therapy.  Craniosacral therapy is a gentle treatment that can help reduce muscle guarding, ease persistent tension headaches, support concussion recovery, and promote nervous system regulation – creating the foundation for better movement, recovery, and overall well-being. Tenille’s approach is designed to help you recover from the effects of stress, injury, and overload while supporting your body’s natural healing processes.

Tenille was born and raised in BC and took advantage of the outdoor beauty it had to offer. She grew up playing competitive sports (swimming, running, soccer) and pursued college level soccer in the Okanagan. She moved to Calgary and pursued further education in Practical Nursing, Holistic Nutrition and Massage Therapy. Since moving to Alberta she has grown to love mountain adventures and seeks out glacier fed lakes to reap the benefits of cold water therapy. You can find her outside every day with her dogs and in the warmer months, on two wheels commuting to work and riding along the stunning river pathway.
