/AGE STRONG
Age Strong, is a specialized fitness class designed exclusively for women aged 60 and above! Long-term resistance training mitigates deleterious effects of aging; enhancing the health of postmenopausal women. It leads to improvements in muscle strength, body composition, bone density and controls metabolic risk factors associated with common chronic diseases in this population.
Drop in classes every Saturday morning from 8-9am

CORE TO FLOOR
This unique class is designed to help women of all fitness levels develop a deeper connection with their core and pelvic floor muscles. Whether you’re currently pregnant, recovering after childbirth, looking to enhance athletic performance, improve postural alignment, or simply boost overall well-being, this class has something to offer you! /ARTHRITIS FOUNDATIONS
This is a small-group functional movement class specifically designed for individuals living with arthritis.
This program blends education with targeted exercises to reduce pain, improve mobility, promote confident, and enhance quality of life. It focuses on functional outcomes that matter: preventing falls, reducing joint stress, and restoring movement patterns essential for daily life.
This class is a proactive investment in preserving your independence and physical comfort. Whether you have been recently diagnosed or living with arthritis for years, this program provides a consistent, progressive movement patterns that reduce joint wear and tear.
Drop in classes every Friday morning from 7-8am starting September 12

/ATHLETIC FOUNDATIONS
Led by experienced practitioners, this program teaches proper technique with fundamental movements like squatting, jumping, and sprinting—building a strong foundation for athletic success.
Research shows early training reduces injury risk and boosts performance.
The program also incorporates our professional grade baseline testing to track progress throughout the program.
6 week session starting again September 23 (*Must sign up for full 6 wk series)
Tuesdays from 6:45-7:45pm
