Current Class Offerings

/AGE STRONG – Women 60+
Age Strong, is a specialized fitness class designed exclusively for women aged 60 and above! Long-term resistance training mitigates deleterious effects of aging; enhancing the health of postmenopausal women. It leads to improvements in muscle strength, body composition, bone density and controls metabolic risk factors associated with common chronic diseases in this population.
$40/per class
Drop in classes every Saturday morning from 8-9am and Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30pm!

CORE TO FLOOR – New Moms
This unique program is designed to help women of all fitness levels develop a deeper connection with their core and pelvic floor muscles. Whether you’re looking to improve postural alignment, recover after childbirth, enhance athletic performance, or simply boost overall well-being, this class has something to offer you.
We also offer CORE TO FLOOR for NEW MOMS 6 wk sessions a couple times a year with the focus properly recruiting their core and pelvic floor to return to exercise symptom free following pregnancy and delivery.

Led by experienced practitioners, this program teaches proper technique with fundamental movements like squatting, jumping, and sprinting—building a strong foundation for athletic success.
Research shows early training reduces injury risk and boosts performance.
The program also incorporates our professional grade baseline testing to track progress throughout the program.
