Functional Range Systems®
Functional Range Systems, or FRS® is a powerful one-of-a-kind approach to help increase useable range of motion, improve articular mobility, improve neurological control, increase strength/resilience, enhance athletic performance, decrease incidence of injury, and improve recovery from injuries.
The /Ascent /Approach
Our /Approach starts with getting you out of pain quickly, we then help you gain mobility and control so you can move better, after that we focus on building injury resilience so you can stay active for the long term.
The FRS system is an important tool we utilize to improve your joint health, mobility and control.
Functional Range Systems (FRS)
Functional Range Systems (FRS) is an evidence based systematic approach to joint training and mobility. It encompassed several avenues including:
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a comprehensive joint training system based in scientific principles and research that simultaneously works to improve mobility, joint strength and body control.
Functional Range Assessment (FRA)
An objective measurement of your movement capacity for each and every joint.
Functional Range Release (FRR)
A scientifically based system of assessing, treating, and rehabilitating the musculoskeletal system.
A movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion.
Each part of this system helps to address issues within the realm of human movement, performance and injury.
These are the typical results our patients notice:
- Increased useable Range of Motion
- Improved Articular Mobility
- Improved Neurological Control
- Increased strength/resilience
- Enhanced athletic performance
- Decreased incidence of injury
- Quicker reaction time
- Heightened sense of Balance, and Stability
- Career Longevity
- Maximized results from you training program
- Faster recovery from injuries
