Dr. Sarah Wheeler has always had a passion for exercise and sport. Throughout her youth she was involved with various competitive sports teams, including hockey, soccer and cross-country running. Her interests have expanded to include cross-fit, resistance training, and hiking. Born and raised in Ontario, she has moved to Calgary to embrace the active, outdoor lifestyle and treat patients alike.
Dr. Wheeler graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto with Summa Cum Laude Honors distinction, after completing an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. She is further certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.Dr. Wheeler believes that if you want to move well, the answer is simple – you need to move. She uses evidence-based medicine to build treatment plans that are individualized to each patient. Her goals include reducing pain, improving mobility and building strength, to allow patients to overcome obstacles and stay active. She will take the time to educate you on your situation and provide support throughout your journey.
